Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for items that are ready to ship will be dispatched within 3-4 business days, with the exception of custom or variable products. These items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service, complete with tracking.

Insurance & Signatures: Customers can opt for additional insurance or require a signature upon delivery for an extra charge.

Shipping Fees Breakdown: Our shipping charges encompass both handling and packaging fees, in addition to the actual postage costs. While handling charges remain constant, the shipping cost might vary based on the total weight of your order.

Combined Orders: For optimal shipping rates, we recommend consolidating your purchases into a single order. Please note, if you place multiple orders separately, they will be treated as distinct orders with separate shipping charges.

Shipping Address Accuracy: Ensuring the correct shipping address at checkout is crucial. If you spot an error in the address before dispatch, reach out to us without delay. Address alterations that result in higher shipping fees will lead to an additional invoice, payable within 24 hours. If you notice the error post-dispatch, we advise contacting your local post office about package redirection (they may charge for this service). We cannot be held accountable for address discrepancies, shipping delays, or lost packages marked as delivered. Route protection will be a mandatory addition during checkout.

Address Issues & Returns: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer bears the cost of reshipping. Should you opt for a refund instead, we'll refund the product's cost minus the original shipping and potential restocking charges. If a delivered package goes missing, your first point of contact should be your local post office.

TAT on custom products is 2-4 weeks, on the listing and/or discussed with the client prior to finalization of the order. Time will vary, especially during peak seasons and holidays. For wholesale orders and buy-ins, we will always keep you informed of the estimated TAT and delivery times.

Buy-Ins and Pre-Orders will always show an ESTIMATED delivery date to our warehouse, but does not take into account for delays, logistic/port delays, our quality inspection and/or from the time it ships from our location. We try to be very clear and communicative about pre-orders and buy-ins on our bulk order group, so please reach out to us with any questions.
