Simply start shopping. When you're ready to check out, just click on the shopping cart at the top of the page. (After you've entered your information, it's easy to set up an account so you can view your account status/history and quickly checkout in the future. If you check out as a guest, you will not receive these benefits.)

Is it safe to use my credit card on-line? 
Absolutely. We use PayPal for checkout so that your information is safe and secure. 

How can I pay for my order?
Once you have all the items you wish to purchase added to your cart, simply go to your shopping cart and begin checkout. Once you have input your information, billing information and confirmed shipping options, you will see the option to pay with PayPal. We only accept PayPal at this time, so you will be redirected to PayPal's website to pay for your order privately and securely.

What address is my order shipped to?
All orders will be shipped to the address that you have input and selected on PayPal during checkout. If you are sending any order as a gift, please input the recipients name and address when you checkout. There will be a restocking fee and additional reshipping fee on all orders shipped back to us due to incorrect or insufficient addresses.

What are your business hours?
We are a small business and operate 7 days a week. However, we typically are available Monday - Friday from 10AM - 3PM Eastern Standard Time.

How much will my shipping and handling charges be?
During the checkout process, before you submit your order, you will be given a list of available different shipping methods with their charges. You can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods, the cost of shipping as well as any sales tax, if applicable, are clearly displayed.

What if I need to return my order?
If we have made a mistake or an item is defective, please contact us or open a return for an RMA number. Or, you can submit a ticket for an issue by clicking on Contact Us at the top of the page. You must have a RMA number (return material authorization) before sending any item back to us. (RMA # are good for 2 days from issuance.) Please provide the packing slip, invoice number and date. Returns that are not due to our error will be subject to a restocking fee. Physical products must be in the same condition as sold, new, sealed and all tags, bags, etc. still attached and in original condition. There are no refunds for any digital downloads.

All returns must be shipped back in original packaging in the same condition, sealed with all accessories, cards, bags, tags, etc., still attached and included . We suggest using USPS, FedEx or UPS or other traceable methods of insured shipping for your protection. You must inform us about defects, shortages, and exceptions within 3 days of receipt of order or the order is considered complete. There are no returns after 4 days of receiving the order. Original shipping and handling fees (even if your order qualified for "free shipping"), as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable.

After a return has been received, it will take 7 to 14 working days to process. All refunds are processed through PayPal.

Can I email you to change my order after I have placed it online?
Unfortunately, no. Since processing has already begun, no changes to the order can be made. Our system is designed to notify us, create your items and have your order ready for the shipping carrier to receive as soon as possible. If you need to add anything to your order, we suggest that you place another online order. Thank you for your understanding.

PRODUCT FAQ

Is there a difference between wall vinyl and car vinyl?
Yes! Please do not apply any decals to any interior walls unless they are made from actual wall vinyl. "Car Vinyl" is commonly called "Outdoor Rated Vinyl" and is typically used on glass, porcelain, plastic, laptops, lockers, etc.. Outdoor vinyl can be removed from these surfaces but it is not made for interior walls of your home. When removing from an interior wall, "car vinyl" can and will destroy the paint and sheetrock. On the other hand, wall vinyl is specifically made for interior walls and can be applied and safely removed from walls. If you see a design in our shop made from outdoor vinyl but would like a wall decal instead, please contact us first!

Are some paints and walls not recommended for wall vinyl decals?
Vinyl wall decals are great for upgrading rooms for an instant, brand new look! However, wall vinyl is not compatible with all types of walls/paints. Textured, rough walls are not recommended for wall decals. Environmental friendly paints and flat paints are not recommended. Freshly painted walls must be fully cured prior to applying wall decals. Due to variances in application methods, substrates, walls, paints, chemicals in paints and all other means beyond our control, we cannot guarantee compatibility. The consumer assumes all responsibility from the use, installation, vinyl adhesion, and removal of any and all wall vinyl decals purchased.

What type of surfaces are best for decals?
Decals can be applied to most flat, smooth surfaces such as cars, laptops, windows, mirrors, glass, porcelain, lockers, etc.
